Over the years, I have organized events and trips for small and large groups, developing organizational skills in the wellness sector that have led me to connect with various companies in the sector, creating tailor-made experiences for each client.
The services offered are dedicated to yoga teachers or centers seeking support in managing and organizing a yoga event, whether it's a one-day workshop in Milan or elsewhere, a weekend immersed in nature, or a multi-day international retreat.
Study of the needs of the teacher and his community
Analysis of the needs of the teacher and their community to create an experience aligned with their teaching style and the values they wish to convey to their students;
definition of a budget and organizational timeframes.
Organization and planning
Definition of a program and leisure activities to support the experience;
detailed organization of the group's days and travel;
Creating a seasonal menu suitable for the retreat or event and in line with the participants' dietary preferences.
Extra Services
Upon request, photographers or videographers can be contacted on-site (for retreats abroad) or in Milan to document the activities and create royalty-free content for the teacher's social media and web use.
Scouting and Research Activities
Scouting and proposing different locations based on the teacher's requests and additional services (transfers, flights, etc.) based on the defined budget;
search for local experiences to offer the group or extra activities based on the needs of each practitioner.
Social communication activities
Support for any social and online communication activities based on the target audience defined with the client and creation of written or graphic content to promote the business.
