The practice of yoga begins within, through the exploration of the breath and a continuous dialogue with the body in every single movement.

ABOUT ME
Certified Yoga Teacher in Pranayama, Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga.
I have been practicing and studying yoga since 2018, following a continuous training path that has allowed me to explore different approaches and methods.
Over the years, my training has progressively focused on anatomy applied to movement, biomechanics, conscious breathing, and the strategic use of props as functional tools to make the practice progressive, safe, and adaptable to different physical needs.
My classes focus on alignment, thus allowing the body to be strengthened, flexibility to be improved, and tension to be released through the breath.
The practice should lead us to explore the new by developing a deep connection with our body, to learn to recognize and savour every sensation of well-being that derives from it.
I believe in yoga as an ideal complement for those who practice sports:
a practice that helps us move with greater freedom, balance, and awareness, improving the quality of movement and breathing.
I have worked for over 10 years in the public relations and events sector, connecting with various publishing companies and companies in the beauty and wellness sectors, developing communication strategies and complementary PR activities.

retreats
My retreats are born from a desire to practice yoga in direct contact with nature, in simple and authentic places, where the landscape becomes part of the experience and time can slow down. Each retreat is a space designed to return to the essentials, listen to the body and breathe with our surroundings, rediscovering a more sincere connection with ourselves and the environment we inhabit.
